I AM A CHRISTIAN


I am a Christian
Not by the title
that sounds assuring and peaceful
I'm a Christian
because of the blood shed
That bought me.

I am a Christian
Not because I live among them
Or because I was born into it
I'm a Christian
because the attitude of Christ
Is found in me.

I am a Christian
Not because I read about the Antiochians
Or because I'm mesmerized by their commitment
I am a Christian
Because Christ died
And He is risen.

I am a Christian
Not because I want to follow the multitude
who bear the title
I am a Christian
because I know the magnitude
Of the benefits therein.

I am a Christian
because I love Christ ,
the crucified.

(YOU HAVE A PURPOSE) My teacher , Mr. Kessington sat on the table in front of the class and smiled "I'm glad everyone did their holiday project and it's nice to see everyone this new term" he said "It's nice to see you too sir" my classmates chorused I didn't say anything.
